HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?This will be calculated upon checkout and dependent on final location.
WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED A TRACKING CONFIRMATION EMAIL YET?
Please allow 4-5 business weeks for delivery on shoes and 5-6 business weeks for bags and patina items. We will issue a tracking number as soon as one is processed. We also aim to keep our customers updated throughout the production process.

CAN I GET A REFUND OR MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
All Sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange or store-credit. We recommend you carefully review your order prior to finalising your purchase.

Yes, we are able to ship internationally. If an item is available for international shipping, your country will be available to select upon checkout.

Our shoes are made true to size. For example, if you typically wear a size UK 10, you can order a size 10 in FASSONA shoes. We always recommend checking our sizing chart to verify your size. WHERE ARE FASSONA SHOES MADE?
Our shoes are handcrafted in our factory in Spain. Our artisans are amongst the most skilled in the world and this quality is reflected in all our products.
